Armada Hoffler Properties led the adaptive reuse of a historic (and derelict) textile mill into a vibrant mixed-use development in Belmont, North Carolina. This project preserves the site’s 120+ year history as a center of economic vitality for the community. The company also recently received an upgrade to “investment grade” status from DBRS Morningstar. We certainly agree, but consider such recognition belated. The company has been one of the largest holdings in our ethical growth strategy for months.
Enphase Energy added six new manufacturing lines in the United States, which will create an additional 1,800 jobs nationwide producing the company’s market-leading microinverters, which dramatically improve the efficiency of small and medium size solar installations.
Badger Meter reported outstanding progress in the second quarter that reflects the secular growth in demand for their industry-leading smart water flow management technologies. The company also recently released their 2022 sustainability report, which appropriately concentrates on the substantial direct impact their products produce for municipal water systems and the communities they serve.
